Suzie Exley qualified in onsite seated acupressure massage to City & Guilds standard as well as reflexology and holistic massage to ITEC standard. Working with clients who are mainly in deskbound jobs, the seated fully clothed massage can not only relieve tension but can also help prevent RSI. The whole approach is given with advice on health & lifestyle and the treatment is bespoke for the individual client. |

mind holistic health is a key feature of the treatments that Suzie can offer having worked for over 4 years at a drugs treatment centre as a reflexologist; with the NHS since 2007 as a community stop smoking advisor which also spanned advice on weight issues and other linked addictions to a wide cross section of clients. This led to her interest in hypnotherapy where she undertook a year’s course at NHS Christie and gained a diploma in integrated clinical hypnotherapy linking that to her knowledge of stress management, life coaching and lifestyle and health counselling (see qualifications below). |
