time out therapy was established at the beginning of 2005 and provides a range of complementary therapies primarily to the corporate and private home party market. Suzie Exley qualified in reflexology in 2000 and added holistic massage, aromatherapy, stress massage and onsite massage to ITEC standard (International Examination Therapies Council) to her portfolio of therapies. Suzie and her team have past experience of working with clients in deskbound jobs and during a treatment can not only relieve tension but also help with advice on posture, workstation ergonomics, general health & well being, encouraging the benefits of taking “time out”.
